There are different types of support available for people with mental health difficulties. Many of the supports are provided by agencies with the support of the HSE website - Health Service Executive

Longstanding and trusted, Samaritans volunteers provide confidential support, befriending and listening to those in personal crisis, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
